- I purchased the software and I need training
During Installation, we try to provide onsite training. But covering the software in it's entirety during installatio
n would be cumbersome. To help our customers, we do provide online training of the software with the only requirement being that the Computer on which the so
ftware is installed needs to be connected to the Internet for providing online support.
- I purchased the software and I am getting some errors?
We strive to keep our software bug free with a lot of stress on testing the product entirely, yet a few things might have been missed. If you find a issue and are unable to continue, send us a email at bugs [at] infinit-e [dot] in and somebody from the technical team will get back to you within 24 hours.
- A USB drive was given as part of the installation. What do I do with it?
To prevent piracy of our software, we authenticate the software with a special USB drive and the software would work only if the USB is plugged in. Calculus would work only if the USB is plugged in while executing the software.
- I misplaced the USB drive which performs authentication. I can't log in now? Is my data safe?
Don't worry, missing the USB drive is not the end of the world. Your data is still safe on your Hard drive and will not be deleted. Send us a email at technical [at] infinit-e [dot] in and somebody from the technical team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
- I formatted my system. How do I restore the software and data
If you are not a computer geek, we do not recommend you perform this installation by yourself. If you want to try this yourself, follow these steps carefully

- 3. Calculus Software for online training
- Is there a option to backup my data before I format my hard drive?

Backing up your data file after each Calculus session will minimize the amount of information that needs to be recreated if you want to restore a backup file. We recommend backing up your data every time you use Calculus.
- Can I backup my data to a external source?
Yes, you can backup your data to a variety of external sources including USB drives, CDs, DVDs, and 3.5 inch disks,External HardDrives apart from your regular Internal HDD.
